By using ConfirmTX, you agree to these terms for the free Bitcoin transaction accelerator and TXID acceleration tool.

1. Free public tool

The accelerator is provided as a free public tool. It accepts valid Bitcoin transaction IDs and may submit eligible unconfirmed transactions through the available acceleration layer.

2. No custody and no wallet access

We do not hold user funds, do not access wallets, and do not request private keys, seed phrases, passwords, payment information, account credentials, registration, or membership.

3. Transaction validity

You are responsible for submitting the correct Bitcoin TXID. Invalid, non-Bitcoin, replaced, conflicting, or already confirmed transactions may not be eligible for acceleration.

4. No guaranteed confirmation time

Bitcoin confirmation depends on fee rate, mempool conditions, miner policy, block discovery, and network behavior. Rebroadcasting can improve visibility but cannot guarantee exact confirmation time or block inclusion.

5. Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service, automate excessive requests, attempt to disrupt the site, or submit content that violates applicable law. Repeat submissions may be limited to protect service stability.

6. Changes

We may update these terms to improve clarity, security, or service operation. Last updated: June 4, 2026.
